Day 2 - The McPike Mansion in Alton, IL is considered one of the scariest and most haunted houses in the World. The Travel Channel has featured the McPike Mansion as one of the scariest locations on Earth! Built in 1869 the McPike Mansion has not been occupied since the 1950's. Henry McPike and 3 women (all wives of Henry McPike) are said to haunt the house. 2 Children haunt the backyard of the Mansion where their broken weathered cript still stands. I documented all three floors of the haunted mansion. We experienced a few minor things, like temp changes and light touching of our heads. We used dousing rods to speak with Henry and I did my best to not manipulate the rods and they were very active when we asked Henry questions. I feel I have met Henry and he would welcome us back......Happy Halloween
