K-Hits 96 is proud to partner with the St. Louis County Department of Parks & Recreations to present the First Annual Adult Easter Egg Hunt at Queeny Park. This event will take the children’s tradition of hiding and hunting Easter Eggs to a new level. This two day event will feature a live broadcast by KIHT, the egg hunt, and then a party featuring the music of Swing Cat Swing.
Here’s how it works …for a $10 donation, each participant will be allowed to collect up to 10 eggs. Each egg has a number on it which corresponds to a prize. The participant then redeems their eggs for exciting prizes. Among all the hidden eggs will be several “golden” eggs. These eggs will qualify the lucky one who finds it to win the grand prize! The “hunt” will be followed by a concert and participants will be able to enjoy food and adult beverages.
• A total of $10,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded each evening.
• 20,000 eggs will be hidden each evening. (40,000 over the weekend)
• Golden eggs are for prizes with a value of $100 or more.
• Proceeds benefit St. Louis County Parks Outdoor Programs and Oakville TREND. Oakville Trend is a local chapter of a nationwide non-profit group that provides drug and alcohol free events for high school students. This group also awards numerous scholarships to local students each year.
• Advance tickets required.
• Chevy’s Fresh Mex will be on hand offering food for purchase.
• Must be 18 to attend.
