Kate Gosselin won't be disappearing from TV after she's eventually voted off Dancing With the Stars. TLC confirmed that the reality mom will star on her own new series, Twist of Kate, as well as several Kate Plus 8 specials.
Twist of Kate, which is due to air this summer, will see Gosselin responding to fan letters from people inspired by her story as a means to profile women in their own challenging situations.
Gosselin told USA Today of the series, "I look at it as a loose concept. I want to be out there learning from others, helping to provide insight whenever I can, though I don't consider myself an expert on anything."
TONY AND BRUNO HAVE ISSUES WITH KATE
Meanwhile, DWTS judge Bruno Tonioli isn't limiting his criticism of Gosselin to behind the judge's table. He admitted on Lopez Tonight, "Kate is pretty dreadful. She's crap. She's entertaining, how people like disaster movies -- I'll tell you, we have our own disaster movie. 2012 is nothing compared to the catastrophe she produces."
Bruno isn't the only one not fond of Kate. A source told USmagazine.com that she and her partner, Tony Dovolani don't get along: "They hate each other. Backstage, she will back him into a wall to talk, and he won't listen or look at her."
NO PLAYBOY FOR KATE
One place people don't have to worry about seeing Kate is in the pages of Playboy magazine. When asked if he'd consider doing a centerfold with Gosselin, Hugh Hefner said, "No! No! I don't think she's a celebrity."
