Anna Paquin is bisexual. The True Blood actress -- who is engaged to her co-star Stephen Moyer -- made the surprise announcement during a top-secret taping of a Public Service Announcement (PSA) on behalf of the True Colors Fund earlier this year.

The 27-year-old says on camera, "I'm Anna Paquin. I'm bisexual and I give a damn." Sources told People magazine that they were unaware beforehand that Paquin would make the announcement.

People reports that others who were present at the taping included comedian Margaret Cho and singers Mya and Jason Mraz. The Give A Damn campaign also features Kim Kardashian, Elton John, Whoopi Goldberg, Cynthia Nixon, Sharon and Kelly Osbourne, Judith Light, Clay Aiken and Wanda Sykes.

The True Colors Fund is an organization dedicated to fighting for equal rights for people who are gay, straight, bisexual or transgendered.
