We have all been trained by some of the top stylists in St. Louis and have worked in the top salons in St. Louis. We all love South City and want to offer our experience at a reasonable price! The Electric Chair caters to bridal parties (on location or in our salon.) It is the only salon in St. Louis to carry Halo hair products.
