OFFICIAL RULES

1. WHO IS ELIGIBLE: This contest is open only to residents of the states of IL and MO, who are 21 years of age or older as of 1/31/2003. The Sponsor of this sweepstakes is KIHT-FM. Employees of KIHT-FM, and its "Promotional Partners" (i.e., The Coca Cola Company, Beverage Partners Worldwide [North America], Coca Cola Bottlers, participating retailers, SuperClubs Breezes Bahamas, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible).

2. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: On plain paper, hand print or type your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code plus your home telephone number. (If you do not have a telephone, indicate "No Phone." Failure to comply with this or any other official rule, will result in disqualification). You must also include with your entry a CD or cassette that contains a song, parody or poem (up to 96 seconds in length) utilizing all of the following words: "Coca-Cola", "J.C., The U-Man, Jennifer Sparks and Laurie Mac" and "The Bahamas" to describe why you would like to be chosen to win a trip to the Bahamas. IMPORTANT: At the beginning of your cassette or compact disc, record your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code plus your home telephone number. Mail your completed entry along with your CD or cassette containing your song, parody or poem, to:

All mailed entries must be mailed via first-class mail only and must be received by 1/31/2003. Entries may also be dropped off during normal business hours at the KIHT-FM radio studio located at 800 Saint Louis Union Station, St. Louis, MO 63103, by 10:00 am on 1/31/2003. Songs, parodies or poems may not include profanities and/or may not depict the Sponsors and their Promotional Partners' image unfavorably. Limit one entry per person. Sponsors and their Promotional Partners are not responsible for lost, late, postage due, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, damaged or inaudible entries. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and their Promotional Partners and none will be returned.

3. JUDGING: All entries will be judged on or about 1/31/2003 by an independent panel of judges from KHIT-FM, whose decisions are final, to determine (5) Grand Prize winners. All judging will be based on the following criteria: Originality - 50%; Creativity - 25%; and Appropriateness to Subject Matter- 25%. Decisions of judges are final. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by phone/mail. Each weekday beginning 2/3/2003 - 2/7/2003, between the hours of 6am - 10am, winners will be announced on-air on KHIT-FM. Limit one prize per family/household. Following the announcement of your name and entry, you will have ten minutes to call KHITS 96 on the studio request lines to claim your prize.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: (5) Grand Prizes - A 4-day/3-night trip for two to SuperClubs Breezes Bahamas Resort in the Bahamas, including round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), ($2,756 per prize). Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

5. GENERAL RULES: Void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsors, its Promotional Partners and their agencies reserve the right to modify, adapt or reproduce the entries in full, at their discretion. Potential Grand Prize winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 15 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. By signing the Affidavit of Eligibility, entrants' certify that entry is their own original work, has not won a previous prize or award, has not been previously published and has complied with the Official Rules. The guests of the Grand Prize winners must execute a Release of Liability and must be 21 years of age or older prior to ticketing. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D., valid passport, visa, etc.) prior to departure. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. Trip must be completed by 12/31/2003. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. By entering contest, all contestants consent to: (a) the use of their original entry, as well as their name/likeness and address (city/state only) to be announced in the local or national newspaper or other media including but not limited to television, radio, magazines, the internet for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes unless expressly prohibited by law (b) Sponsors, its Promotional Partners and their agencies have the right to use the song, parody or poem or portions thereof in advertisement and/or in the promotion of the contest without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its Promotional Partners and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns of each, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.
