Contest Rules
Sinclair Broadcasting General Promotional Rules:
All station listeners are eligible except for employees of the Sinclair
Broadcasting, their immediate family, employees of other radio stations
in the St. Louis area and phone company employees using equipment
not available to general public are not eligible.
Sinclair Broadcasting is not responsible for technical telephone problems
that prevent calls from being completed. Sinclair Broadcasting will make
the sole determination as to who is the designated caller. Winners must
show proper identification when claiming a prize. All prizes are non-transferable.
Winners must execute an affidavit of eligiblity and are responsible for
any and all state and federal taxes that may be owed on prizes. Prizes
must be picked up at the Sinclair Broadcasting business office at 8081
Manchester Road within 10 business days, beginning the day the prize was
won. By participating in contests on KHITS 96 FM, you give Sinclair Broadcasting
the right to use your name, likeness or voice for future promotion without
compensation. Sinclair Broadcasting has the sole discretion resolving disputes
regarding these rules. All decisions are final. By entering this contest,
listeners have agreed to this provision. The stations of Sinclair Broadcasting
have the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a
particular prize become unavailable. Sinclair Broadcasting may disqualify
any contestant who does not follow the rules.
